Your needs are our top priority at Toronto Living Care Services Inc. Our agency effectively provides personal in-home care services through a number of effective solutions. The services we offer are non-medical in nature. We work with healthcare professionals, and their assessment, to provide the appropriate care needed.  We assist healthcare professionals with services such as foot care and wound care.

Our services are designed to assist clients with simple day to day activities, to crucial tasks. We approach all of our client’s needs with sensitivity and compassion, and personalize solutions properly and efficiently.

Our personal in-home care services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Some of our services include activities of daily living support and personal care, shopping and errands, companionship, assistance in getting to and from appointments, socialization and recreational activities, rehabilitation support and more. Home care costs are most commonly assessed at an hourly rate. Costs vary according to services being provided. Clients who require overnight services are offered an overnight rate.

All of our Personal Support Worker’s (PSW’s) are diverse, well trained, experienced, and have the expertise to perform personal care tasks. HOME SUPPORT SERVICES

Home Support Services include assistance with day-to-day activities such as:

• Light housekeeping and Laundry
• Meal Preparation and Planning
• Companionship and Community outings
• Grocery shopping
• Errands
• Assistance in getting to and from appointments
• Incidental Transportation

• Coordination for installation of in-home assistive devices

Personal Care includes assistance with the private activities of daily living such as:

COMPLEX CARE SERVICES
